Hi Tania unfortunately as soon I put a review my phone stop working and the problem I have is a very common with all IPhones 7 plus and since I didn’t bought the apple care now I can’t return the phone long story short my phone is at Best Buy and I don’t know what’s going to happen they said I still have one year manufacturers warranty for the hardware which apple denies I have someone geek squad trying to help me my advise don’t buy without apple care , I end up buying a brand new phone from apple , let me know if anything else I can help thanks
