“if it is pre owned does it work like a new phone”

• It works like a new phone except for battery life. The one we purchased had only 73% battery life remaining (of course this you do not know when you purchase) and now we are tethered to an outlet or a mobile power bank most of the time. I wish they would be fully reconditioned.
