- Answer When I bought a refurbished 8 I had a 6. I have T-Mobile but i just took the SIM card out of the old one and put it in the new. Not sure if at&t is the same but I’m sure you could do something online if it doesn’t switch over

- Answer It is unlocked meaning it will work with any carrier. I would check with TracFone to see their guidelines about unlocked phones but it should work with any service and any carrier.
