• Yes these phones have been used by another user beforehand, and the condition of the iPhone SE’s Battery is checked then certified before being sent out to be sold again.

• It says used so yes. It was used by a previous owner. Should look new. They want sell anything beat up. Might have one or 2 scratches. Either way u can return if it's not to your liking. But this is the u are getting a deal. It's used
