This is not a new Mac book. They are saying new but sending you all scratched up garbage. Received what I thought was gonna be a Christmas gift new but ends up I’ll be returning it. Best Buy is lying to you on their products. Actually came in a box no bubble wrap and banging all around the huge box they placed it in
