• When you purchase a refurbished iPad through Best Buy it states whether or not it has cellular and which cellular Provider it has. I have AT&T and I purchased an iPad that came with AT&T cellular.

• When you search for refurbished iPads through Best Buy, the description states whether or not they come with cellular and if they do, they state which cellular provider they are - such as AT&T, etc.
