• A:Answer Yes, the same warranty as the new ones, Apple support is great. Their phone support helped me out on my old iMac even though it was 8 yrs old....well past the end of its warranty. And, if you live near an Apple Store and have any issues the Genius Bar is great. Thankfully I have had no issues with my iPad.

• A:Answer Yes this one is set up to be used on the Verizon network. If you need one to use on another network look for one that advertises it with the network you use. As far as being unlocked goes, no it's not. The cost of unlocked products is significantly higher. Hope this helps.
