Apple sells a Tech21 case that has a removable slot for the Apple Pencil as well as a cut-out for the Apple Smart Keyboard as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, Apple makes a specific sleeve for the iPad Pro that also has a slot at the top for the pencil. There are also third party manufacturers that make sleeves just for the pencil that can attach to an existing iPad case.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That is one problem. Don’t know where to store the pencil.my other case had a holder built in but I️ really wanted a keyboard. Maybe someone will create a case the snaps on the back and will have a loop to hold the pencil. Amazon has a bunch of cases. Maybe someone will come up with something.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just looked all over the internet and found a case that I liked that had the dimensions just bigger than the iPad and slide the pencil inside. I got a silicone tip cover to protect the penicillin tip. Works great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use a Poetic Lumos case and it has a slot for the Apple Pencil. Downside is that it doesn’t accomodate for other accessories like the Apple Pencil Cap Holder. There’s an opening for Smart Keyboard attachment. The only other thing is that there’s a slight 3mm gap on the side with the opening and how it’s not very protective. It’s good for surface protections but not for drops.
