“Does this version come with the app store to add more apps? More specifically- does it come with Disney+?”

• Disney+ is not loaded on the box but you can use the app store to download it. Being able to download apps is my favorite part of the Apple TV. Also I just bought mine and it came with a year of AppleTV+ free.

• Yes this unit comes With the App Store and it runs Disney plus perfectly well! No issues at all!
