They will not interfere with each other and you can use your apple ID on both. I believe you can even name/set which room each is in, so you can differentiate the two when using the iOS app on your iPhone or iPad.

In fact, they'll happily work together, and let you stream music simultaneously to them using Airplay 2. You can sign into each AppleTV with your same iCloud account. We have two AppleTVs in our house and they work great.

You can set it so if you make changes on one Apple TV it will also configure on the other Apple TV automatically. you will be able to pick up where you left of in the show in the other room.
