• By regular TV, if you mean local network channels and other channels you would get through cable then yes. Apple TV is just a streaming device so you need an account with a cable provider that allows you to stream content both live and on demand. FIOS, Comcast, Hulu Live, Youtube TV and any other streaming service provide this. When setting up the Apple TV you just put in your account credentials to stream the content from these providers.

• You need a service like Hulu or direct tv now. You need to down load the app and use that app. Right now apple hasent allowed a amazon prime app so amazon prime wouldn’t work
