Yes, it'll connect to any wifi you choose. You do have to configure it in the settings every time you change to a different wifi connection.

Yes. We alternate between hotspots when using. We select the wifi we want to use and enter the password with no problems.

Yes. As long as you have a username and password that works.

Yes this version of Apple TV will connect wirelessly to any internet connection with the internet password. In the "Settings" do a search for the wireless connection you have access to then type in that connections password.
