• Mac may be able to airplay it over, not sure though... good question.

• No, since it doesn't play through iTunes from a Mac or PC.

• From my experience this can not be done. You can however stream video from iTunes. If the movie you wish to watch is first placed into your iTunes library this will be possible.

• No, the movie needs to be a file on your computer, not a disc in the drive.
