A:AnswerHello MADMAC,
Yes you can. You can call directly call with your watch or answer with it. You can also message by either speaking to Siri or manually doing it. It's not 100% waterproof but it can withstand showers, rain, but I have yet to test it at the pool or lake.
A:AnswerI know off the top of my head that with the gen 3 watch you can link it up to your cellular network. The gen 2 uses something more like bluetooth so you have to have your phone nearby in order to get details like weather or answer texts/phone calls. It has a range like a normal bluetooth speaker. I think it tracks workouts a little more accurately too, and uses altimeter and gps to help track how far you go. I did just get my gen 2 watch about a month or so ago so I haven't looked through everything it has to offer. But I know the cellular feature is new to the gen 3.
A:AnswerThey should be able to, if it's a product problem. If you can't get to a Best Buy, try calling 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) first. Otherwise, bring it to an Apple Store, if there's one near you.
A:AnswerThe only discount you will find is by ordering a refurbished (open box) model. Best Buy discounts Apple Watches for around $30 when available.
The big discount clubs will save you about $4 (and have only one or two models to choose from).
