• Based on what I saw on YouTube, the Apple 4 and Apple 3 have the same basic functionality. The Apple 4 is a more glamorized version, a little more fancier. If you like fancy, and a few more features, and if he price is ok with you, then go for the 4. If you want very good functionality at a lesser price, and a very good digital watch, go for the 3.
