• My understanding is you don’t get the Nike watch faces or the Nike faces for the Nike app if it not a Nike+ watch. So A regular Apple Watch doesn’t have some faces or Nike+ app faces that only come with a Nike+ Apple watch

• No difference as per the design. But there’s an inbuilt Nike+ Run club app which monitors your workout very precise. You will not lose anything if you even buy a normal one.
