• One of the main differences the 5 has a always on display that is dim until you raise your wrist to look at it. I upgraded to the 5 and noticed the battery lasts longer also.

• This one doesn’t have the always on display. It still turns on when you hold it up. Still takes the ecgs and has the upgraded, larger screen. Get this one.
