If you’re out of warranty and the damage caused the loss of touch sensitivity, you can get the screen replaced through Apple I think it’s like seventy dollars if you have Apple care. A:AnswerI believe if you want calls you have to have it set up through your phone service which is costly. Otherwise you just get messages. I just get messages and bought the watch outright otherwise you will pay a monthly fee.
A:AnswerThis is the SE version of the watch so it will not have the ECG and blood oxygen app feature which is why it' s cheaper and GPS only works on bluetooth if i'm correct.
