Does this watch come with a charger? null

For the price it cost, it should! But I just gave this watch as a gift and was extremely disappointed that only the charging cord was provided and not the charging block/wall plug! Not a standard usb end so won’t fit in computer or universal plug. Have to purchase a charging block separately unfortunately.
