- Answer The watch includes 2 different sized bands. I have an average wrist and use the smaller sized band (which even has room to accommodate larger wrists), so I’m sure the larger band would fit a larger than average wrist.

- Answer Apple Watch does not do many medical measurements. This series of watch can track menstrual cycles, volume of surround songs, heart rate, and take an ECG. It can track your physical activity and detect if you have fallen. But if you want BP or O2 levels you should consider a different product.

- Answer Generally, the smaller sizes are for women and bigger for men. Depending on Apple Watch women usually get the 38mm or 40mm and men get the 42 or 44mm...those numbers are the size of the actual face. My wife who has a small wrist went with the 38/40. That said, bands are pretty universal...pick the size face that best suits you.
