You have the care synced with apple product serial number - shouldn’t need a copy of your plan.

BestBuy does register your device so even if you don't have the e-mail and can't find it in your deleted folder, by checking your warranty status on Apple's Website (by using the serial number from your device) you will see that the device has AppleCare+ and you will see that the warranty is for 2 years.
