How do I register for my Apple care null

Not necessary the store submits the serial number of th product and it is tied to the serial number but I would suggest you keep the receipt

I believe it's attached to the serial number on your device.

You can do it at Best Buy or your local Apple store

I purchased Apple Care when I purchased my watch

It is generally offered by the Sales Associate at the time of purchasing an Apple product! If not just ask an Associate!
