“If I dropped my beats solo pro and one side is louder then the other and my the sound is lower can I replace it ?”

• Did you purchase the insurance? Take them in to either Apple or Geek squad and they should be able to look up the coverage on them for you. If you haven’t had them that long there may be some kind of coverage on them. Just make an appointment or even try calling Apple and see if they can tell you over the phone . Good luck

• I always purchase the insurance plan for anything I will use alot. If you did, you should be able to get them fixed or replaced.
