“I bought this ipad/apple care 2 yr plan as a birthday gift for my husband. I ret'd the ipad WITHOUT EVER OPENING IT! Best buy has issued a credit on the tablet. I need a credit for $74.31 for this plan. Thanks”

You should be able to receive credit if the iPad was returned unopened. Other option would be a gift card for that amount.
