• When I called they only asked me for the serial number of my IMac. Usually when you purchase those things with the insurance, it’s linked together with your email or whatever information you have provided upon purchased.

• Best Buy emailed me the Apple Care Certificate which has all of the info. I’m sure they still have it if you contact them.

• You just went online look up Apple Store or any location that Apple support have. Call them. But now it hard to find any location to be open. Go to the website and they should have 800 number for you to contact.
