• No Apple care does not cover lost for AirPods, you can buy a replacement one for the left or right one you lost through Apple support but at that point you might as well just buy a new one

• AppleCare+ does not cover lost or stolen AirPods. You can purchase individual AirPods through Apple though. Currently they are $69 for an individual AirPod and $99 for individual AirPod Pro.
