• The Ms Pac-man Countercade (table-top) is a great value for its authenticity. The volume control has about 10 levels including silent (this is different than the 3 levels on their original Countercades). The games on this unit are fixed: Ms Pac-man, Pac-Man Plus, Galaga, and Dig Dug. The Best Buy description sort-of implies that regular Pac-man is built-in which it is not.

• Custom Games -- not officially supported. You CAN hack an arcade1up by ripping out and replacing the internal electronics, but that's what you'd have to do to put custom games on this. Volume control -- yes, it has a volume slider that slides volume from 0 to max in 16 increments.
