• It does not have an independent chime however, it pairs nicely with the arlo chime OR you can wire to your existing doorbell chime. I have mine wired to my existing doorbell mechanical chime and also to the arlo chime. So it will work either way or with both the arlo chime and existing doorbell chime together.
