• Quality of voice will depend on your internet signal at home. Sucks to say but since it works wirelessly if your Internet sucks the sound will not be good. I personally have this issue and I have Xfinity :/

• I actually don't get a chance to use it. The persons press it then leave. Doordashers, mailman,ups,amazon,fed ex. I guess one day I could test it. Watch videos on youtube.
