• Yes they can. You will need a USB cable and depending on which version of camera that might be a usb-c or a mini-usb connection. You'll also need a charger to plug in. Arlo provides neither and best buy usually doesn't sell them. This works pretty well but for some reason the camera can get glitchy if the battery starts going bad, even while plugged in. May need to be reset.

• Yes, you can connect the Arlo Essential 2 Outdoor Camera to constant power by using the Arlo Solar Panel, or the 25 ft. outdoor charging cable.
