- Answer 1) How old is your base? Mine is an older one and I have several different series connected to it no issues including their newer series. 2)I had that happen with one camera I believe it was also a pro2; ended up replacing it, I believe that particular series didn’t hold up as well as my other older ones, or my newer ones
