A:AnswerThat means it is not connected. If you were trying to reset the camera to factory specs, that means it was completed. That's when you hold the button for 15 secs and get an amber flashing light. Not sure when this light came on?? You can get directions for all items on the Arlo website.
A:AnswerDepends on usage. Mine need charged once every month or 2. They do not last as long as they claim unless they are set up in a very low traffic or movement area.
