• It has a battery so it will still work just won't upload to the cloud until you get internet back

• If it’s wireless and the battery is charged - your doorbell should keep working. If it’s is wired then yes it would not be active.

• Although the camera is battery powered, it requires stable internet connection through wifi for it to work. If there is no electricity supplying to the router, the camera will not be able to communicate to the cloud for video recording, live streaming, etc. ^RM
