Yes, mines have gone through snow storms and rain storms holds up like a champ! If you're referring to the magnetic one that comes with the system itself then I advise you buy the mounts I'm referring to as the magnetic mounts are easy to steal and not secure outside.

Yes!! Be careful if you have a Arlo pro make sure the ones you buy have a small tightening sleeve that locks the camera in place otherwise you can’t plug in the charging cable with out taking the camera off each time.

There is one outside mount. I purchased the other three. There are four inside mounts.

The magnetic mounts that come with the camera can be mounted outside. However I would not recommend it. The other mount that you are asking about is made for outdoor use and they are great. These mounts hold up well in the weather and they make it much more difficult for someone to try and remove your camera.
