They do not. You can buy the mounts and I will say that you can find the same type of mount cheaper other places. Don't skimp on the camera, but you can on the mount in my opinion.

Yes. It comes with a magnetic mount with every camera. If you want the other mount you need to buy it. I think it is 19.99. they both work great

It comes with a magnetic mount for indoor use. If you plan to install the cameras outside you have to buy the separate mount for that and they are $19.99 each.

Yes it comes with a metal ball that can't mount anywhere, the camera it's self has a magnetic spot so you can angle it where you want.

in the set of 2 you get 4 mounts. with the add on one, I got one. The ones that come with it are magnetic, so if you have it in a high place it will work just fine. I had to buy an additional mount (found a cheap one with a 360 ball on the tip, can't say where or they will delete my answer) for one corner so I could aim it around the corner and eliminate an area that was setting off due to a sidewalk.
