“3 of my 5 cameras are offline. Tried having someone open one of the camera's battery door to reset but was still off line. Not at location of cameras, what can I do?”

• Need to push button on side of base station to reconnect camera..

• Try resetting the base and also make sure you have the latest firmware. Both can be done without being onsite
