• You'll need the Arlo base station.

• Yes, you can buy the single Arlo for about $179 and it has everything you need, but you can add up to 4 more cameras to the system if needed.

• yes but only inside. It's held on to it's very small stand by a magnet. The pic doesn't rotate so you have to hang it to use the stand.. or buy the mounted one

• Yes, if you mean mobile. I move mine quite often as long as it's in wi fi range
