QuestionHow do I change the length of the video clip? Right now it is at 10 seconds. That is not long enough. A maintenance worker came into my apt. and I was only able to see them for a split second. Thank you.

- Answer Go into your Arlo App. Go to your devices. Click on the little gear up in the right corner. Go down to your Motion Detection Test and move it to 60 % which will give you 1 minute of video. Or slide it to 100% which will give you 1 minute 40 seconds. Then click on the little green check mark to save it.

QuestionAt what distance from the camera will motion be detected? I can walk into my apt without camera setting off an alert. I find that I need to be about 6 feet in front of the camera before it will detect motion. I think this is an awfully small range.

- Answer Suppose to be 25 feet. Depends on how low or high you set the sensitivity. At 90 to 100%... It picks up all movement.. If you have it down to 40 to 50%.. It doesn't pick up as much..

- Answer Yes, I have Comcast/Xfinity as my provider and I use the router they provide to operate my system. You connect the base station to your router and that should do it.
