- Answer Yes. You can set each camera up separately for all settings including armed, unarmed and schedule.

QuestionI have a couple different models, Arlo Pro 2 being the latest. I use it to check up on the animals in the field/barn and zooming in for any close up seems to distort the view greatly. Anyone have experience going from the Pro 2 to Pro 4 and zoom quality

- Answer Arlo Pro 4 is 2000k and you can zoom in and quite clear. You can also turn on the automatic track and zoom. It will follow a vehicle or person.

QuestionI notice the minimum temperature for use of this camera is 32 degrees. I assume if used in colder weather that this will not work properly. Would that be correct?

- Answer I have five Arlo cameras and have not experienced that, but when its really cold the solar charger will not charge the device. Not a big deal overall since as soon as it warms up the solar charger kicks in.

QuestionIs there an accessory to provide a tripod mount to the anti-theft mounts? I hate not having a tripod mount on these, as I use tripods a lot for my Arlo cameras.

- Answer This "security mount" kit is unique. I bought it and after two weeks of hassle with the Arlo Support Team, I finally got to the real answer. These "security mounts" (with this kit) are not fully adjustable - they only allow limited side to side and up/down movement - AND (much more importantly) do NOT come off the camera so you cannot swap them for other mounts of any kind. The ONLY option (again - for this kit) is to ADD a "ceiling adapter" that will accept this mount and add more rotation/positioning/etc. I returned these because it's absolutely ridiculous that you can't turn the camera more than 45 degrees (or so) and there's no "fix" for this.

- Answer Sorry you need a plan to record. This is not a Best Buy problem, but Arlo. I have Arlo's and Arlo 2's and those I can record up to 7 days. When I installed these turned out I needed the plan. I would get notifications of motion but no recordings. Was kind of bummed out about it, but realized most others (Ring, etc.) need to have a plan to record and view.

- Answer You can stream up to a theoretical maximum of 15 Arlo cameras at the same time, but this is dependent on your system set up and your Arlo plan. Additionally, you might not be able to stream from all five cameras per SmartHub or base station if your WiFi network has limited bandwidth or if you are uploading other files while Arlo is streaming. - Answer The charging cord that comes with it is very short. You can purchase the 25' cable that is rated for outdoors and it works very well.

- Answer The Arlo Pro 4 camera is battery operated and directly connects to your network via wifi. The only time you would need to plug the camera to AC power is when you would need to charge its battery. ^RM

- Answer Yes, when the spotlight comes on they will see it but you have the choice of having it go on or not go on. However, the Pro 4 Camera does have night vision and 25 feet away should not be a problem. If you buy the Pro 4 in a package with 3 or 4 cameras you may find you have different attachments for each of the cameras. I prefer the magnetic attachment to the wall and see that the individually sold Pro 4 Cameras you will find the magnetic attachment. Good Luck!

- Answer Arlo is great. I get 3 months of free service. Set up was simple. The wireless set is the bomb. So easy and se and use. Customer service now is a different animal. Don’t be in a hurry. You can’t talk to anyone. It’s a chat or text line.

- Answer These cameras can connect to a Smart Hub or Base Station as well as directly to your wifi router. Depending on the camera you purchase, you may need a Smart Hub or Base Station as not all Arlo cameras can connect directly to your WIFI Router.
