• My package arrived in very good condition, however it was missing an outdoor mount, The equipment appears to be new (although refurbished) and works well

• I could not tell that any of the cameras or base station was refurbished.

• These are Refurbs. That means they where returned to the manufacturer because of some issue. The items are better than new because they have gone through about 20 additional quality control checks that they originally did not have because they were unused.

• My hardware looked brand new. The only difference I saw was that mine came in a brown box.
