“Hi! How far away from the base can each camera be? Wasn't sure if I would be able to use on my shed which I would like to monitor. Also, do the cameras have to be in direct line of sight of the base like some of the other systems? Thanks!”

Pretty far, though you might get a delay or drop contact if too far. The Netgear peeps recommend a certain footage 25 ft, but we stretch that to our detached garage and it works fine. Strong wireless helps. Not direct line of site required.
