• Yes. We have dish net Internet, it works just fine with this camera system.

• I'm not specifically familiar with that system, but I believe the basic answer would be that if you can use a standard router with the system then, yes, it should work just fine. The base station that connects to the router won't know or care whether the router connects via DSL, cable, or satellite.
