- Answer The clip storage trial lasts for 3 months. There's no trial period for continuous video storage. Continuous video also requires a regular, persistent power connection.

- Answer No, the Arlo Ultra 2 SmartHub does not have a built-in siren. However, the Arlo Ultra 2 cameras themselves do have a siren that can be triggered manually or automatically when motion or audio is detected.

QuestionHow does the solar charge hold in the winter with these cameras ? We live in Washington state and winters dont have much sun. There is bright days but im just curious if the cameras that are ran off of solar panels will operate as if it was summer ?

Note: For your safety and to avoid permanent damage to your batteries, your batteries do not charge at temperatures below freezing, even if your camera is plugged in. The Arlo Solar Panel also cannot charge your battery at temperatures below freezing.

- Answer No but please don't. If you're trying to get away from the subscriptions, then you will regret it like I did. Without the subscriptions, the apps feature won't work well and hinder you a lot of stuff.

- Answer I have my base connected to a Linksys mesh but the cameras are close to the base. Needed the mesh to reach the edge of the property then mounted the cameras within range of that base.

- Answer Honestly, I wouldn't use it for that purpose. I'd recommend getting the solar panel solution instead since it's meant to be in weather. I'd be a little worried using the included cable outside.
