They were originally released on 1/13/19. I purchased them in store on that date. There have been software issues that Arlo is working hard to correct. They are progressing but perhaps they pulled the system until they're happier with the software.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Netgear/Arlo pulled the cameras off the shelves after too many complaints to fix software issues. They then re-released the cameras. They are still lower quality video than the Arlo Q which is only 1080p. I am returning mine.
