If the box doesn’t say VOICE (vo) on it then it doesn’t have the phone jack.i bought the same exact arris modem that optimum supplied us with. Easy install. Call optimum to finish the installation

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe the one you are talking about is the one I returned. It didn’t have the phone connection. It must say on the box voice capability. If is doesn’t say it then it doesn’t have it. The arris one I bought is just like the one optimum provided for me. Easy to install. Call your cable company to finish the process. They need the serial number to activate it into your system.
