Yes it does; this is way better than any other modem/router that I have tried. I like that it has concurrent 2.5 & 5.0 connections to the modem.

Yes, the modem is compatible with Cox Communications' internet service. I have Cox in San Diego and this router/modem is excellent. No issues or worries here.

Just needs provisioning from them.
Provisioning is they download a configuration file to the modem to join their network.

It works with Bright House, Time Warner, Comcast, and a long list of other cable Internet providers. Generally speaking, if the Arris device model number is listed on the COX CABLE list of compatible modems, then you should be fine. Check with your cable provider.

I cannot say for certain, but it works well with Comcast so I would assume so.
