yes it works with Spectrum. I just hooked it up and it was a 5 minute phone call to Spectrum to get it connected.

But it was written on the Package that it works with major cable provider in the US like Xfinity, Cox, Spectrum. See at the bottom of the pic attached. I checked online for the model compatibility with COX before purchasing this one. I suggest you should also do the same with your cable provider. Happy surfing & streaming. Enjoy.
