does this work with xfinity? null

Yes it dose. However I had to call the Arris manufacturer to help me with the hook up. I am not very experienced in this and was a little confused with the WiFi aspect .

It will work with Xfinity BUT it will NOT work with the home phone service. I visited the store wanting to add home phone to my account. I was trying to use this (my current model/router) and was told I would have to buy another that has Telephony capability. Since I try to save $11/month by using my own purchased equipment, I wasn’t too happy when the representative said it would NOW be better to rent theirs. She pointed out that Comcast has had THREE updates to their Telephony equipment just this year, and any one of those would have rendered my equipment useless. She also said if I bought one with the Telephony capability, that any updates would affect it and it most probably wouldn’t work. SOOOO, even if I went out and bought yet another one, it may not work in the future. She suggested we rent theirs. Sounds like Comcast wants even more of our money than they are already getting.

Yes. It does. You've to call the xfinity call center and they'll need some details present at the bottom of the Router/modem for them to add modem to the account and you're good to go

Yes, I have this model and it works with xfinity. The xfinity Website didn't show this model as one to purchase to avoid leasing one from them. But, Best Buy sales person told me it would work. The installation tech from xfinity had to discuss set up with one other tech but then got it up and running.
