Your best thing to do is contact att and give them the mac#. They would be able to tell you if it is compatible. Mine took 2 tries but I hooked it up through the ethernet port on my laptop for spectrum to detect and it worked. When it was activated I unplugged the ethernet and it worked. I was able to use it wirelessly
