• The difference in the noumber of downstream channels available 32 (in SBG7600) and 24 (in SVG2482) whereas the bandwidth is AC2350 in SBG7600 and is AC1750 in SVG2482 ( this model has VOIP functionality as well and is compatible only with Xfintiy's services

• I am not really sure, I know that is something to do with the speed of the modem. I am really not a computer person. We did research and compared each model. Sorry I can not be any more help.
